Job Brief
We’re on the lookout for a stand-out People Generalist to join our team and make a real impact on team member experience.
In this role, you'll provide frontline support to team members and managers while driving key strategic initiatives in learning & development, performance management, and culture & inclusion. You'll be instrumental in scaling our people practices as we continue our mission to help customers grow wealth with confidence.

What you'll do

    • You’ll work closely with the People Team to drive best-in-class people initiatives across the business. Your responsibilities include:

    • People Advisory
    • Act as first point of contact for team member enquiries, developing self-service capabilities and tools
    • Provide expert guidance to People Managers on the full employee lifecycle, balancing commerciality and compassion. Supporting the upskilling of Team Leaders to manage their teams effectively and autonomously
    • Support employee relations cases with practical, compliant solutions
    • Coach Team Leaders to build their management capabilities and confidence

    • Programme Delivery & Strategic Initiatives
    • Learning & Development: Support the rollout and measurement of L&D programmes, tracking engagement and impact
    • Performance Management: Support implementation of performance cycles, ensuring consistent application across the business
    • Culture & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that drive engagement, belonging, and inclusive practices
    • Engagement: Support analysis of survey data and action planning to improve team member experience

Experience and Skills

    • 12months+ supporting diverse People processes in a fast-paced environment
    • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
    • Experience managing employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism
    • Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into action
    • Track record of supporting inclusion and employee experience initiatives

    • Our office is in Southwark, London, by the Oxo Tower. Our team works on a hybrid basis with two days in the office.

Working Policy:
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
