Our Story

At Radar Healthcare, we’re dedicated to improving patient safety by bringing together the expertise of healthcare professionals and the power of intuitive software. Our innovative platform has been developed in partnership with industry experts to ensure organisations always meet regulatory standards – making it easier than ever for healthcare providers to deliver top-quality care to their patients.

We’re on a mission to become a world-leading health-tech pioneer, and we know that we can only achieve this with the help of talented individuals like you. If you’re passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and want to work in a team of like-minded individuals, we invite you to join us on our journey.

So if you’re up for an exciting challenge and want to be part of a team that’s making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Values

At Radar Healthcare, we are all proud of our values-led, open, supportive and inclusive culture. It's just as important that anyone joining our friendly team share the same values as us, to ensure we're all on the same page from day one, so we're looking for people who feel aligned to the following:

Customer focused with a partnership approach

Open, honest and transparent

Innovative

Ethical, trustworthy and caring

Our People & Culture

At Radar Healthcare, we understand and celebrate the fact that our people are our best assets! We are proud to showcase our diverse and passionate talent that encapsulates our vision, purpose and values in our shared mission of innovation in healthcare. We’re an ambitious but caring team, and so supporting our colleagues and partners is always a top priority. Not to mention, we’re not all work and no play – we love getting together to celebrate our achievements together in various settings, whether it be our winter and summer socials, our people-led full company days, team get togethers or simply just interacting and supporting one another over coffee breaks either remotely or in person at our amazing Leeds office.

We're also super proud to be Great Place to Work-Certified, based on outstanding feedback directly from our team earlier this year, with 91% of the team agreeing that they "would strongly endorse my company to friends and family as a great place to work"

The Opportunity

Radar Healthcare's new People Assistant

As our People Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the People team - owning day-to-day people administration, managing our HR systems, and supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle. You’ll be the first point of contact for people-related queries and provide trusted, accurate, and proactive support across all areas of people operations.

You’ll work closely with the wider People team – supporting the CPO/Director of People Operations, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on the operational and processing requirements of our People function, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care as we continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference

Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding
  • Manage and coordinate a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners, from contract to induction.
  • Own the administration of background checks, right-to-work documentation, and pre-employment requirements
People Operations & HR Administration
  • Own all core people administration including contracts, letters, lifecycle changes, and system updates.
  • Maintain and update our HRIS (HiBob) with accurate employee data and process changes efficiently.
  • Coordinate people processes such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal moves.
First-Line HR Support & Employee Relations
  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers, offering accurate guidance or escalating when needed.
  • Support with first-line employee relations cases such as informal absence issues, probation concerns, or minor conduct matters.
People Experience, Culture & Events
  • Help coordinate and communicate company-wide people initiatives - such as onboarding programs, engagement surveys, learning activities, or wellbeing events.
  • Support internal people comms (e.g. newsletters, updates, guides) that help employees navigate and understand HR processes.

Your journey so far...

  • Experience in a people administration or HR support role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as HiBob, TeamTailor, and a love for well-organised processes, accurate data, and innovating/automating wherever possible.
  • A proactive, detail-focused mindset - you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and always looking for smoother ways of working.
  • Confident handling confidential information and navigating sensitive conversations with professionalism.

Even better if you…

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5) is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience in a growing SaaS organisation
