Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Base: Sevenoaks, with client site visits across London & South East
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 p.a.

Are you passionate about people and confident in managing employee relations case in accordance with UK employment law? We’re looking for a People Adviser who can bring both empathy and legal clarity to employee relations cases across our diverse client base.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys variety. You’ll support our HR Coordinators and People Partners with everything from ER casework to recruitment, payroll, and policy development.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and advising on ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, probation, etc.) with a good working knowledge of employment law and ACAS statutory codes
- Providing clear, legally sound guidance to clients and colleagues
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and benchmarking terms and conditions
- Assisting with payroll preparation and HR system updates
- Drafting and maintaining policies, templates, and SOPs
- Creating engaging content for social media and client communications
- Delivering prepared training sessions to clients
- Supporting the implementation of new processes and systems

What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and its practical application in ER casework
- Experience managing or supporting ER cases independently
- Clear and confident written communication skills
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. BreatheHR, BambooHR, HiBob, SenseHR)
- A collaborative, adaptable approach across multiple clients

Working Pattern
- One fixed day per week (Monday) in our Sevenoaks office
- At least one additional day per week (typically Thursday) either in the Sevenoaks office or at a client site
- Remaining days can be worked remotely
