HOTEL RECEPTIONIST JOB ROLE
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our hotel staff team as Receptionist. Job outlined:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Operate the booking platforms efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Completing the necessary forms on closing the day
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as the role will suit someone willing to do variable hours
