The opportunity
As an Associate at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
- Provide accurate and efficient on-boarding of clients within agreed service level agreement
- Work within your own chargeable time budget
Day to day duties
- Provide completion of business-critical tasks by setting up new Client accounts based on instructions received from clients, Money Laundering checks
- Take ownership and management of onboarding & admin mailboxes to ensure all queries are responded to quickly and tasks planned and completed efficiently
- Collate the correct information from new clients and inputting into the system
- Sit in on onboarding calls/meetings to take detailed notes
- Make sure the onboarding process runs as smooth and seamless as possible
- Payroll Billing
- Take responsibility for personal workload, including following up queries, task actions and requests for information to ensure all items are completed within service levels
- Handle queries by liaising with colleagues, internal departments and via email and calls
- Assist Client Onboarding Team and Sales Team by completing any ad-hoc tasks
What are we looking for?
- Excellent organisational skills, as well as confidence and a positive,
- Can do attitude to manage clients and colleagues when needed. Good Math and IT skills will also be necessary
