About Us:
CMF Landscape Solutions Ltd is a growing landscaping and construction company based in Lampeter, working across South West Wales. We specialise in transforming outdoor spaces for both domestic and commercial clients. With a busy schedule of projects and growing demand, we’re now looking for an organised and proactive Part-Time Secretary to support the business – with the flexibility of working from home.
Role Overview:
This is a remote admin support role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently. For the right candidate, this position may grow into a full-time role as the company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
- Preparing and sending quotations and invoices
- Organising project documents and keeping records up to date
- Assisting with social media, customer reviews, and basic marketing admin
- General support to the company director and site team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar admin or secretary role
- Confident using email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and cloud storage (e.g. Dropbox or Google Drive)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Experience with invoicing or small business admin is a bonus
Working Hours:
- Approx. 15–20 hours per week to start (flexible days/times)
- May lead to a full-time role depending on performance and business needs
