Market Street Dental Clinic is a beautiful boutique fully private Dental Practice in Saffron Walden.
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to work 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and one Saturday per month.
Dental/Medical industry experience desired.

Training provided.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of dentistry desired but not essential
- Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Well presented, self motivated and friendly
- Experience with call handling
Duties include:
- Management of the reception area
- Meeting & Greeting patients
- Booking & Amending appointments
- Answering Calls
- Updating Patient records
- Supporting the Practce Manager & Clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Payment Handling
- Making patients aware of the services offered
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
May be required to cover Holidays and sickness.
