As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each client receives a seamless and memorable visit, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first friendly face to greet every client with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Manage bookings and schedules with precision, ensuring efficient appointment flow
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, always with patience, clarity, and a personal touch
- Maintain a spotless and inviting reception area that reflects our high standards
- Work closely with our clinical and management teams to ensure smooth client journeys
- Handle patient records and communications accurately and confidentially
- Support the team with general administrative duties including data entry, correspondence, and reporting
Who You Are:
- Naturally welcoming, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Experienced in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-facing role (ideally in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or luxury service)
- A true team player with a flexible attitude and a proactive approach
- Confident, organised, and detail-oriented, you thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with ease
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- An excellent communicator, professional and personable, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Hours:
This is a part-time role on a two-week rotating rota:
- Week 1: 15 hours
- Week 2: 26.5 hours
- Includes one late evening (until 8:00pm) every two weeks
- Two Saturday mornings (until 1:00pm) per month
