Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team for day time shifts to cover lunch reservations. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist in training new staff members as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A team player who can also work independently when necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
