DIY Cosmetics is an established e-commerce company who supplies home fragrance and cosmetic supplies to businesses and private individuals globally.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an online sales assistant. Our working environment is supportive, friendly, welcoming and fun. We’re looking for someone who is creative, passionate, keen to learn and just get stuck in to drive and help grow our business.
You will work with a wide range of products including fragrance oils, essential oils, surfactants and cosmetic dyes and assist in the manufacturing of diffusers, DIY kits, room sprays and other home fragrance products.
No prior retail experience is required, you will be trained on the job, however we just ask that you have:
- The ability to work well within a small team.

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and address their needs effectively.
- A positive attitude, motivated and driven nature.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks and ensure efficient operations to hit deadlines.
- Proficient in English to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing, labelling and packaging our products for shipping to retail companies and fulfilling daily customer orders.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Create social media marketing campaigns, product videos and promotions on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Work on maintaining and promoting our website.
- Respond to online customer enquiries.
- Processing and printing order packing slips and shipping labels.
- Assist in new product research and development.
- Cleaning and maintaining the unit. This includes sweeping, mopping, recycling etc
Opening Hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
We are somewhat flexible with the days however we will need someone to work a minimum of 18 hours over three days per week. Monday 9am - 3pm is mandatory and the other 2 days (9am - 3pm) we can be flexible with.
During the Christmas Period (October - December) working hours will likely increase to 5 days a week.
