About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a part-time role where flexibility is key – you’ll be supporting customers around the clock, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with bookings, answering questions, and solving problems with empathy and professionalism. If you enjoy speaking with people, staying calm under pressure, and finding solutions, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chat messages in a professional and approachable manner.
- Provide accurate information on our products and services, ensuring every customer feels supported and well-informed.
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism, aiming for a quick and fair resolution.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in our system.
- Spot opportunities to upsell services that genuinely benefit customers.
- Work closely with your colleagues to improve processes and share insights about customer needs.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable phone manner.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and resolving issues.
- Good attention to detail, especially when entering information into systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude – able to think on your feet and solve problems quickly.
- Ability to upsell products or services without compromising customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
