This is a flexible, remote bookkeeping role ideal for someone with experience in cloud-based accounting software who is looking to contribute to a supportive and professional small firm. You will work closely with our Bookkeeping Manager and Accountant, handling day-to-day financial tasks for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage ledgers.
- Prepare VAT returns and assist with reporting.
- Use Dext to upload and manage receipts and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure financial accuracy.
