The accounts team is at the heart of our business and is vital to ensure that the company's finances are kept in order.
Hours can be worked across days monday-friday, between 10-20 hrs per week. Very suitable for someone fitting work around childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and process supplier invoices for payment.
- Reconcile supplier statements, resolve queries and chase up invoices.
- Resolve supplier queries.
- Ensure invoices are filed correctly and on time.
- Assist with credit control.
- Assisting with payroll
- General office admin
- Customer invoicing
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Sage 50 Experience
- Strong organisational skills with a logical approach to completing tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others.
- Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- IT Literate.
- Understanding of data privacy standards.
- Honesty, integrity and the understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- Understanding of accounts processes.
