Part-Time Bookkeeper Wanted | 3–4 Days a Week | Burlington Arcade
Are you a detail-driven, experienced bookkeeper with strong organisational skills and a solid command of Xero?
We’re looking for a professional to join our growing team as we relocate to our beautiful new premises in Burlington Arcade. With our in-house accountant going on maternity leave in October, we need a reliable, proactive individual to keep our financial operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and organising invoices
- Uploading and maintaining financial documents
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Checking sales data and reconciling payments
- Keeping everything in perfect order
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential
- A methodical, independent worker with excellent communication
- Able to liaise with our accountant before and during her leave, and assist in a smooth handover when she returns
Role Details:
- Part-time: 3–4 days per week (flexible scheduling)
- Location: Burlington Arcade (London)
- Start: ASAP, ahead of maternity cover starting in October
