Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper to support our financial operations at Rowan Garden Centre Ltd. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Located in Buckinghamshire, you will play an integral part in helping us uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all transactions are recorded promptly.
- Support administrative duties including filing, correspondence, office organization, ordering admin materials, HR and payroll.
- Manage phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping processes.
- Prepare reports as needed for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and data entry is preferable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task at a high tempo.
