For over 30 years, JBH has been providing a storage, fulfilment and distribution facility for their clients both large and small, from their facility now based in Coleford. We are looking for an Outwork Coordinator to join our team to provide a professional, friendly and high quality service to our publishers.
Your job purpose is to control and administrate the day to day running of the outwork department following set procedures accurately.
To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate –
· Previous despatch / warehouse experience;
· Excellent IT skills and be proficient with MS Office & Outlook;
· A good knowledge of warehouse management systems making sure that records are kept up to date and completed accurately;
· An ability to manage your own daily duties and share workload across the team;
· An ability to show attention to detail when issuing work to our self-employeed outworkers;
· The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment;
· Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with all JBH staff.
