About the role
The principal purpose of this role is to be responsible for the daily finance administration duties for a variety of outsourcing programs. This role is for fixed term contract of 9-12 months.
What you'll do
- Processing of programme invoices for both suppliers and customer in line with strict SLAs
- Dispute/query resolution within a specified timeframe
- Daily preparation of key business data
- Adherence to weekly KPI targets and dept workloads
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Key point of contact for external programme partner personnel
- Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers
- Undertaking of ad-hoc tasks outside of the daily responsibilities listed when asked, such as traffic offence processing. (Full cross-departmental training to be given between Outsourcing Finance and Fines)
The above list of tasks is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to take on additional tasks as and when required by the company.

Desirable Experience
- At least 1yr experience within a Finance function – Transactional preferable
- Proficient in Excel and all other MO applications.
