Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients to present products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
