We’ve grown our team by 40% in the last year and are now looking for a driven Enterprise & Outbound Sales Manager to take our sales performance to the next level.
The Role
You’ll work closely with our Head of Revenue to lead outbound sales execution, coach Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and embed best practices across the team. This role combines strategic execution, day-to-day sales management, and hands-on coaching.
You’ll help our team:
- Coach world-class outbound and end-to-end sales processes
- Improve outbound conversion, qualification, and deal progression
- Drive consistent pipeline quality, sales hygiene, and performance
You’ll also play a key role in refining our approach to targeting top-tier law firms globally - and turning a strong sales team into a scalable, high-performing revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Execution
- Scale our account-based outbound strategy across both Avvoka and MassDraft
- Coach SDRs and AEs on outreach planning, messaging, sequencing, and execution
- Guide multithreading and stakeholder engagement for long-cycle enterprise deals
2. Sales Team Enablement
- Deliver coaching on cold calls, demos, stakeholder management, and deal strategy
- Support development and adoption of playbooks, value frameworks, and objection handling tools
3. Deal Qualification & Sales Process Discipline
- Reinforce use of MEDDPICC and JOLT methodologies
- Monitor deal qualification, quoting processes, and Proof of Concept (PoC) execution
- Ensure deals progress with clear ROI, stakeholder buy-in, and implementation plans
4. Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track key metrics: demo rates, win rates, ACV, cycle length
- Conduct 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance assessments
- Share insights with leadership to inform strategic decisions
5. Tools & Systems Oversight
- Drive adoption of our sales stack: HubSpot, Apollo, Fireflies, Orum, Sales Navigator, and more
- Identify training needs and embed tools into daily workflows

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years in SaaS sales management, outbound leadership, or enablement
- Experience coaching SDRs and AEs in complex, consultative sales environments
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, JOLT, and PoC-based selling
- Legaltech or regulated buyer experience is a plus
- Confident communicator and coach with a data-driven mindset
- Comfortable working across global time zones and strategic accounts
