We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Support professional to help drive the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy supporting operational excellence — we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating logistics, procurement, storage, and distribution of materials
- Full-process tracking and management of business waybills
- Overseeing site services including water, electricity, charging, cleaning, and security
- Supporting the daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently and reliably
- Identifying areas for improvement to boost operational performance and reduce costs
