Job Summary
- Duties will include but not limited to, monitoring the mailbox
- Managing client enquiries via phone or email
- Creating sales and rental quotes within the 365 system
- Organising and booking travel arrangements for field staff
Key Responsibilites
- Issue Workshop Stock
- Order new water bags and associated equipment, as required
- Upkeep of all certification records
- Production of hire quotations (UK/Overseas), input into CRM and follow-up
- Organise inspections and repairs and return shipment for all customer repairs
- Organise workshop to conduct regular stocktakes and adjust stock levels as required
- Active commitment to QHSSE, including compliance with QHSSE Policies, and supporting documentation contained within the IMS (Integrated Management System), as well as adhering to and reporting to management on all aspects of the QHSSE Managment system
- The Employee shall adhere to all Company Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policies, procedures, and work standards. The employee has the AUTHORITY TO STOP WORK should an unsafe act or condition be observed to ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and to achieve a ZERO HARM working environment. There is an obligation on the employee to report such observations and interventions to the HSE Manager or Management.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- An Accredited Course (credit bearing) in Safety Management and Best Practices is advantageous
- Operational/Administrative experience preferred
- Ability to keep track and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Familiar with ERP Systems advantageous
- Computer literacy. (Full MS Office suit and Advanced Level Excel)
- Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Basic analytical experience
