UK-Educational Programs - Coordinator Educational Programs
POSITION PURPOSE
CASE’s education division is charged with delivering multiple professional development opportunities to our membership. This position is responsible for supporting CASE’s online education in program development and experience, systems administration, attendee communication and volunteer stewardship.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The core functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Program/Project Management
Coordinates administrative activities related to online education, including content and materials preparation for online courses and conferences
Provide back & front-end LMS support, including setting up events/courses in the LMS
Coordinates speaker and learner communication
Liaises with other CASE departments to create and maintain online product and webpages
Work with SMEs to develop content for online education, including webinars, courses, and virtual conference programs
Project management, tracking and reporting related to online education initiatives
Respond to inquiries sent to the online learning email.
Engages in professional development activities to stay current in online education best practices
Serve as back up to provide additional support for conference education team when needed
Fiscal Management/Budget Responsibilities/Judicious Use of Resources
Exercises fiscal responsibility in the utilization of all CASE resources.
Liaison Responsibilities
Works cooperatively and diplomatically with all divisions and regions.
Liaises with CASE colleagues in other parts of the world to ensure the best sharing of ideas, expertise and knowledge.
Incorporates tasks and/or projects related to objectives as directed by the CASE Strategic Plan.
Image Responsibilities
In keeping with the CASE Values Statement, ensures that CASE is well represented by exercising a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and ethics, in all activities, services, and products.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Problem Solving and Judgement
High level judgement and problem-solving skills are required, as the incumbent is frequently faced with situations which require immediate action in response to issues and requests. The breadth and depth of understanding of an issue and the key internal/external persons handling the issue, and the way in which the issue is handled, all affect the outcome of the situation.
Professional and Organizational Knowledge
The position requires that the incumbent quickly develop a deep understanding of CASE, its policies and procedures and an understanding of the culture and regional and divisional interdependencies.
The position requires a deep understanding and respect for the organization’s systems and workflow.
Position Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years’ work experience in project coordination within a customer-service environment required; advancement-related experience, volunteer management experience, program development and online education experience highly desirable. English and Spanish fluency preferred.

Must exhibit superior customer service skills, self-motivation, and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of constituents, both internal and external.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills necessary.
Commitment to learning new skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Ability to work independently and in a team to accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
