Job Title: Onboarding Administrator
Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Full time, 37.5 hours
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Salary Banding: £25,000 - 26,500 DOE
About this role
We're expanding! As we prepare to open our new capability centre in India this October, we're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Onboarding Administrator to support this exciting new project. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping customer experiences and making a meaningful impact.
This is a hands-on role where offline administration will be key and where precision, structure, and strong communication is needed.
How you'll help us make health happen:
- Issue accurate and compliant contracts of employment manually
- Send appropriate documentation to candidates
- Request and initiate the correct screening packages
- Monitor screening progress and escalate delays using agreed processes
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure an outstanding onboarding experience
- Clearly communicate the onboarding journey and expectations to candidates
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process via email, phone, and other channels
- Calculate salaries and input data with high accuracy
- Maintain and update trackers to manage onboarding progress
Key Skills / Experience needed for this role:
- Previous administration experience in a volume transactional environment
- Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical
- Confidence working with Excel trackers and manual data entry
- Experience in HR administration or onboarding is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks
