Office Assistant
We are a well established family run linen hire company providing linen services to hotels throughout the northwest.
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing effective support to the office manager and managing data essential for the smooth running of the organisation for senior management.
* Professionalism & Reliability – Be punctual, responsible, well-organised, and presentable.
* Administrative Skills – Have prior administrative experience and the ability to manage documents.
* Technical Proficiency – Be confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Initiative & Flexibility – Demonstrate proactivity in learning and taking ownership of tasks, with flexibility to adapt to changing office needs and priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.21-£14.21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
