Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with financial administration using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Provide clerical support by organising files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong administrative background.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
