About Us
JPF Electrical & Utilities is a growing electrical contracting business specialising in commercial and industrial installation, maintenance, and testing. We are now looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
The Role
As our Office Administrator, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the office, supporting both our site teams and management. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and record keeping
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Booking in jobs and updating schedules
- Filing and maintaining documents accurately
- Communicating with clients and suppliers via phone and email
- Providing admin support to the operations team as required
Requirements:
✅ Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
✅ Previous experience in an admin role (preferred but not essential)
✅ Positive, proactive attitude with good attention to detail
