Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator, experienced with plumbing and heating, to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient administrative support. Your contributions will help us continue delivering the outstanding service that has earned us our reputation.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to customers.
- Maintain organized records and manage data entry tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Assist with bookkeeping using Xero as needed.
- Support team members with clerical duties to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that reflects our commitment to quality service.
- Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Xero is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative experience is important.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Experience with Plumbing and Heating software (we use Commusoft) needed!!
