Office Admin – Maternity Cover
Mason’s Animal Feeds require an Office Administrator to help fulfil the needs of their steadily growing business.
Duties
- Serving of customers - face to face and over the phone
- Receipt of payments – handling of cash, cheques and card payments
- Data input – adding relevant data on to the accounting software
- Document management – sorting, filing and printing documents when required
Essential Criteria
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above
- Ability to use a computer to a satisfactory level
- Good interpersonal skills
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry
- Qualifications at A Level or Degree Level
- Previous experience working in an office environment
