The purpose of the Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator role is to assist our Registered Dietitian in delivering and developing high-quality nutritional services for our clients.
Youll play a vital role in supporting nutrition and dietetics (N&D) workstreams, resource creation, training, and menu review processes. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about nutrition.

The Role
The purpose of the Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator role is to assist our Registered Dietitian in delivering and developing high-quality nutritional services for our clients.
Youll play a vital role in supporting nutrition and dietetics (N&D) workstreams, resource creation, training, and menu review processes. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about nutrition.
Main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Inputting recipes and menus into our nutritional software platforms
- Supporting the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of training resources
- Helping organise face-to-face training events, including RSPH courses and exam administration
- Supporting menu reviews, menu certifications, and allergen management
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of webinars and presentations
- Managing nutrition and allergen data on online catering control platforms
- Creating resources for awareness days, school assemblies, and client presentations
- Monitoring N&D activity across the industry and supporting mobilisation for new clients
- Maintaining and updating resources on our client portals
- Ensuring allergen SOPs are followed, and incidents are reported and monitored
The Candidate
Essential Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident in formatting and editing presentations for professional use
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in nutrition and dietetics
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
- Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role
- A qualification or training related to nutrition or dietetics
- Previous experience supporting dietitians
