Duties
- Host and serve tables
- Occasionally jump on the bar; full training provided
-Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Work in tandem with our bar team to ensure a fantastic product reaches our guest every single time.
- Work to gain understanding of kitchen operations to ensure seamless communication through service.
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar and all other front-of-house spaces to create an exceptionally inviting environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a hospitality front-of-house role, ideally in an independant fresh food restaurant
- Strong people skills with the ability to meld and work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Experience in bartending/mixology is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to keep your cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts. Evenings and weekends are always required.
