We are now seeking an Account Executive to join our International Sales team based in Manchester.
This is a new opportunity to apply your sales expertise in a full-cycle role, focusing on our commercial (SMB) segment. You'll work with a diverse and exciting customer base, managing opportunities and closing deals in key international markets, including Australia, the Middle East, the UK, and South Africa.
We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where employees work 2 days a week in our Manchester office.
- Manage and convert inbound opportunities, running the full sales cycle from start to finish.
- Deliver engaging discovery calls and product demos that showcase Matillion's value and guide prospects through their decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate records of your pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Become a product expert by staying up-to-date on our capabilities, use cases, and the competitive landscape.
What we are looking for
- You will have experience in Inside Sales, with some closing experience.
- You are a confident communicator with strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset.
- You are a technically curious problem-solver who can quickly learn and explain product functionality.
- You are process-driven and comfortable following a defined sales playbook.
- You have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- You are highly coachable, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
