Fortress Maintenance are seeking experienced Multi Traders to assist on an ad-hoc basis with damp and mould works to residential properties in the North East.
We are contracted to survey, treat, clean, paint and carry out general maintenance to properties affected by damp and mould issues. Full training will be provided on how to complete basic surveys & carry out works. All materials will be provided.
Works may include, but not be limited to:
- Treating all affected areas of damp/mould
- Painting
- Replacing window/door sealants
- Installing vent covers
- Core drilling and fitting vent covers for wall vents
- Topping up loft insulation
- Re-pointing brickwork
- Cleaning gutters (floor standing vac provided)
- Other general maintenance in line with contractual requirements
The majority of works are between Newcastle and Darlington, with occasional jobs outside these areas.
Would ideally suit someone looking for 2-3 days per week.
