What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector - your expertise is the cornerstone of our success.
- Valid CSR: safety is our priority, and your certification ensures a secure working environment. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Right to work in the UK: be legally eligible to work in the UK and contribute to our dynamic team.
- Tools: equipped with 110v or battery-operated tools, you're ready to tackle any task with efficiency and precision.
- Good conversational English skills, to ensure effective communication with colleagues and clients.

- Manual Handling: don't have it yet? Not to worry! We offer in-house training to ensure you're equipped with the necessary skills.
- Working at Height: Safety is paramount. Gain the certification you need through our in-house training program.
