We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operatives to join our team. This role involves working independently or as part of a team to carry out a range of repair, refurbishment, and modernisation works within our Disabled Adaptations and Empty Homes divisions. Operatives will work across various properties managed by social housing providers and local authorities, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills:
Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification for Multi-skilled Operative (or be prepared to work towards)
- Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
- Have experience in showing your quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing, door widening and finishing
- Have excellent communication skills
- Will maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
- Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures
- Hold a full Driving Licence
- Hold a CSCS card (not essential as help can be provided with training and application process)
