Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Mobile Facilities Assistant to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties. The Mobile Facilities Assistant role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met.
Flexibility with energy who knows to use MS and Excel, right customer service, experience in Facilities.
Training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively.
This is a full time permanent working Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 ( 40 hrs per week).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for our clients teams ensuring a 5 star service is experienced by all
- Flexibility in times of work and approach to undertaking other tasks which may sit outside of the Senior Floor Captain role
- Provide good and effective management of the team reporting into you
- Provide monthly stats for your area of responsibility
- all service lines will fall under senior floor captain's responsibility
