Job Title: Site & Facilities Project Officer
Location: Coventry (Home Site) with UK Travel
Salary: Up to £46,000 depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the continual development and enhancement of site infrastructure
Facilitating construction projects, enhancing site functionality and sustainability
Working closely with suppliers and managing the delivery by providers and contractors
Using your knowledge of risk assessments within site infrastructure
Supporting the management of the financial costs and budget for site facilities
Assisting the current site and facilities operational team with minor works
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
Previous experience of working facilities management and site operations
Experience in a contractor environment
Project Management knowledge within a facility setting
Desirable:
Hard Service Facilities Management qualification
Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2)
SHE, NEBOSH or IOSH qualification

The Business Operation Site & Facilities Team:
This role is an exciting opportunity to support the day to day running of our new facility and the people within it. You’ll be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team and gain valuable insights into our Business Operations. This role offers great growth opportunities and dedicated management support. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
