We’re looking for a Mobile Facilities Assistant to join our team, working closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager to deliver high-quality facilities services across a variety of sites - from depots and offices to labs.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring services and projects are delivered smoothly, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
As part of a supportive Facilities Management team, you’ll help achieve great outcomes for both customers and stakeholders while contributing to a positive day-to-day experience on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company HSEQ policies, contractual obligations, and statutory legislation at all times.
- Carry out regular Health & Safety checks, including fire safety equipment and first aid provision.
- Issue and manage permits to work, ensuring safe systems are followed.
- Support delivery of PPM and reactive works via the CAFM system.
- Manage contractors safely and compliantly, including inductions, supervision, and escorting.
- Assist with security processes, access passes, and reception support.
- Provide mobile cover across unmanned sites, including holiday cover for static Facilities Assistants.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable covering multiple sites and environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Confident user of IT systems, including CAFM, Microsoft Office, laptop, and mobile apps.
- Knowledge of facilities management and compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
- Experience with contractor supervision, access control, permit-to-work, and safety checks.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and professional with strong attention to detail.
