About the Role:
Due to high demand, we are looking for a skilled Mobile Cleaning Operative to join the team and work across multiple sites across the Oswestry areas. The successful applicant must have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and car insurance for business purposes, all other information will be collected upon interview. The hours will range between 05:00-22:00, totalling 20 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Travelling to multiple sites across Oswestry including Powys, Wrexham, Cheshire and surrounding areas. Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Thoroughly disinfect and sanitise medical equipment, surfaces, and patient rooms.
Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
Properly handle and dispose of medical waste according to guidelines.
Clean and sanitise public areas like waiting rooms, offices, kitchens, communal areas restrooms, and corridors.
Perform specialised cleaning in critical areas like operating rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in patient and public areas.
Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed.
Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively.
Collaborate with cleaning and medical staff for a clean environment.

Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
