We specialise in roof cleaning, wall coatings, driveway cleaning, gutter services, and protective treatments. We’re known for our attention to detail, high standards, and friendly service — and we’re now looking for a reliable, hard-working Exterior Cleaning Operative to join our team.
The Role
As an Exterior Cleaning Operative, you’ll play a key role in delivering our services to a high standard. You’ll be working outdoors at customers’ properties — cleaning roofs, driveways, patios, gutters, and applying protective coatings as part of a small, friendly team.
Main Duties:
- Pressure washing roofs, driveways, and patios
- Applying biocides, roof coatings, and wall coatings
- Gutter clearing and cleaning
- Setting up and packing away equipment
- Leaflet distribution and occasional follow-up visits to customers
- Keeping vans and equipment clean and maintained
- Providing great customer service and representing the business professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weathers
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, respectful and customer-focused
