We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and motivated medical receptionist to join our friendly team on a 12 month trempery contract at Great Sutton Medical Center.
Tasks include:
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Signposting patients to relevant services
- Answering patient calls and online queries
- Booking appointments
Essential criteria:
- Reliable and flexible
- A team player
- Willingness to learn new skills in a busy and changeable environment
- A sense of humor!
- Min. 1 year of customer service experience
- Good timekeeping
- Desire to help patients and support the clinical team
Desirable criteria:
- Experience of working within healthcare and/or a GP surgery
- Medical receptionist experience (though full training will be given)
- Experience of using Emis Web or another similar clinical system

This role requires that applicants be flexible to work between
8:00 am and 6:30 pm Monday to Friday. Also Monday & Wednesday 7 am - 8 am & Thursday 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm for extended hours on a Rota basis.

Pay: £12.30-£12.95 per hour
