To keep up with demands, M.A.C. Solutions is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to manage marketing activity and support to our Sales team with the aim of brand awareness and Lead generation.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Compose and post online content on the company’s social media accounts.
- Plan, advertise and execute Webinar campaigns to drive brand and product awareness.
- Plan, create and execute email Newsletters to segmented Contact mailing lists.
- Create marketing content to strengthen the company’s presence in the market. (used for emails, website blogs, press releases, socials etc.)
- Assist in organising face to face promotional events: trade shows and MAC-arranged conferences / knowledge share days.
- Support the Marketing Manager in their activities as required.
- Effectively communicate with member of the team to ensure a good understanding of products, services, and required marketing activity.
- Align with M.A.C. Solutions’ processes in all activities.
- Embody the company values in all engagements with customers, prospects, partners, and suppliers.
- Be an enthusiastic and engaged advocate for M.A.C. Solutions, participating in meetings to develop self-learning and share best practice.
2. Skills and Requirements
· Proven experience in marketing or digital marketing or similar.
· Experience with Tool Set: Dynamics-CE, Teams Webinars, Linked-In and YouTube (back-end).
· Some experience in Events planning.
· A passion for continuous development and self-learning.
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
· Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
· A natural team player with strong problem solving skills.

· Execution of marketing activity to plan.
· Brand Awareness: Web traffic, Linked-In followers, Mailing List numbers, Attendees to Webinars etc.
· Number of Marketing Leads generated.

* This is an office based role. The office is situated in Redditch, Worcestershire.
* We are open to applicants who are looking for Part time or Full Time hours. Part time would equate to approximately 30 hours per week and full time would be 37.5 hours per week.
* We are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
