We're looking for a Marketing Expert who understands the premium aesthetics space and can help us elevate our brand, grow our online presence, and attract high-value clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Paid Marketing
- Develop and manage high-end digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Drive lead generation and optimise campaigns for ROI and patient bookings.
- Implement local SEO strategies to rank on searches like “ Stem cell treatments of joint”, “P Shot”, "anti-ageing London", "PRP facial Wimpole Street", etc.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns and conversion tracking.
Social Media & Content
- Build and manage a premium social media presence, especially on Instagram and YouTube.
- Work with clinic team to capture and edit content (treatment demos, testimonials, reels, before/after results).
- Curate high-quality blog and email content about skincare, regenerative aesthetics, and treatment innovations.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Shape the brand voice and visual identity of the clinic.
- Promote Dr SNA as a thought leader in aesthetic medicine, longevity, and regenerative care.
- Build strategic collaborations with influencers, wellness experts, or press outlets in the London aesthetics scene.
Data & Reporting
- Monitor and report on KPIs: cost per lead, website traffic, social growth, booking rate.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic, wellness, or luxury healthcare marketing.
- Strong knowledge of London-based patient demographics and behaviour.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe, Mailchimp, SEO tools, etc.
- Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
Desirable:
- Experience working with Harley Street or high-end private clinics.
- Video editing experience (e.g., Reels, CapCut, Final Cut).
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot).
