We're hiring for a Marketing Assistant

LHCPG is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to be at the forefront of promoting SPA's innovative solutions and impactful projects. If you have the ability to prioritise tasks and attention to detail with a creative flair to match, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan across various channels
✔️ Ensure consistent messaging and collaboration with cross-functional teams
✔️ Analyse campaign data for insights and suggest improvements
✔️ Manage online presence, including website updates and content creation
✔️ Provide support for both online and offline marketing activities
✔️ Conduct research for potential content ideas suitable for target audiences
✔️ Plan and organise internal and external events
✔️ Oversee social media and email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational values
✔️ Coordinate with internal departments to create promotional materials
✔️ Maintain and update marketing budget and inventory of promotional materials
What You Need:
✅ Proficiency with website CMS, Microsoft 365, and marketing tools (Spotler, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics/Search Console)
✅ Understanding of HTML/CSS
✅ Interest in graphic design, photography, filming, or motion graphics
✅ Possession of a driving license
✅ Experience in event planning and organisation
✅ Qualification or experience in Marketing or a relevant field
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and social media platforms
