The Charity Retail Marketing & Design Assistant will report to the Head of Retail and provide support in developing and delivering marketing and promotional materials for Prama’s charity shops. You will work closely with the Head of Retail and shop managers to help increase footfall, donations, volunteer recruitment, and community engagement through engaging marketing activity and in-store materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Retail and shop managers with the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g. posters, flyers, window displays, and in-store signage).
- Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across the shop network.
- Contribute to Prama Shop’s social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content across Prama’s multiple channels.
- Travel to different shops to collect content such as shop photos, product highlights, and volunteer stories for marketing use.
- Liaise with the Fundraising & Marketing Manager for any major marketing projects and website content to ensure the promotion of all services provided by Prama including care, nail cutting service and PramaLife.
- Ensure all Prama Charity Shops have access to up-to-date, branded promotional materials.
- Design, create and modify existing marketing materials using Canva.
- Help maintain consistency of Prama’s brand and messaging across all shops and platforms, including that it complies fully with GDPR.
- Support email communications, social media updates, and community outreach related to retail.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Track and review social analytics and gather feedback from shop teams.
Successful candidate will need to be able to drive, need business insurance and travel to any of our 12 Shops across BCP and Dorset to support the teams with marketing and be present at events/shop openings.
The position is for 22.5 hours a week over 3 days to include a Tuesday and Friday - other day to be agreed.
