Wilkes Law Firm is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the professional services sector.
As part of our forward-thinking team, you'll support the Marketing Director, Manager, and Digital Marketing Executive to deliver our new marketing strategy. Your work will focus on brand development, campaign coordination, content creation, and event support.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Support the implementation of firmwide and departmental marketing plans, including market research and analysis.
- Help maintain brand consistency and assist in creating content using Canva, Adobe, and AI tools.
- Coordinate digital campaigns and support email, social media, and website activity.
- Organise internal and external events, liaise with teams, and track ROI.
- Develop and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Contribute to blog posts, case studies, and other thought leadership content.
- Assist in managing external agencies and preparing briefs.
- Maintain project calendars and ensure marketing deadlines are met.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and trends.
- Provide general support to the marketing team, including admin, reporting, and budget tracking.
What we are looking for?
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in marketing
- Degree or equivalent education
- GCSE in English language and Maths Grade 5 or above
- A degree or ongoing study in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital/social channels.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £23,150.00-£24,000.00 per year
