As a Marketing and Business Administration Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of marketing tools and activities. From digital campaigns and content creation to market research and social media management, you’ll be involved in real projects that help you develop valuable skills.

Duties - Marketing Support
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns (email, social media, content).
- Draft marketing copy and design basic visuals for newsletters, events social media posts, and blog content.
- Support event planning, webinars, or trade show logistics and coordination.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help manage CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Organising Promotional Materials.
- Collecting testimonials or case study info
- Other marketing duties as required
Business Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams (e.g., document creation, calendar scheduling).
- Assist with internal reporting, data entry, and the organisation of shared files and folders.
- Support client onboarding documentation and process improvements.
- Help maintain and update company databases, templates, and internal SOPs.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, governance, HR and operations teams to ensure timely execution of marketing and admin tasks.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Able to sense check own work
- Comfortable talking to people at all levels of seniority both within and outside the organisation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
