Kite Packaging are running their Award-Winning Management Degree Apprenticeship Programme starting in September 2025. We want exceptional candidates who have the potential and ambition to become managers of the future. We are looking for candidates to join our Management Degree Apprenticeship Programme with the potential to lead into jobs specialising in:
- Commercial/Purchasing
- Customer Service
- Sales
- Operations and Logistics
The Programme will give you a unique opportunity to experience working in all parts of the business with professional development training and support along the way. You will be mentored by and report to a Kite Manager Partner, who will provide insight into the operational side of Kite Packaging and support your learning.
This is a 4 year programme integrating a BSC (Hons) Packaging Professional degree focusing specifically on the Packaging Industry in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University. The degree starts in January 2026 and involves attending Sheffield Hallam University for 20-25 days each year. All costs of attending the degree course, as well as the time off work required for it, will be covered by Kite Packaging.
Upon completion of the programme successful candidates would take up a position to further develop their skills with an opportunity to become a team leader or manager.

Kite Packaging operates in eight locations across the UK, with Management Degree Apprenticeship opportunities in all of the sites.

Key Skills and Essential Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5 GCSE’s with a minimum Grade 6 (B Grade) in Maths and English Language
- 112 UCAS points
- Have confidence in their abilities and be able to easily create a rapport with others
- Be eligible to work in the UK

Salary:
All successful candidates will be provided with starting basic salary of £20,000, rising
to £28,000 over the programme.

- Holidays 22 days per year rising by 1 each year to 25, including an option to buy or sell a maximum of 3 days, plus statutory holidays
