We have an exiting opportunity to join our Facilities Management Team based in Aberdeen. The role would involve basic carpentry and general handyperson assistance throughout various sites in Aberdeen. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and customer facing skills.
We need an enthusiastic team player who can also use their own initiative with good problem-solving skills and an ability to work safely and deliver excellent customer service. You will have a professional approach to your job, with a good work ethic and good time management/organisational skills are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
· Driving License essential
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of Facilities Management
· COSHH
· IOSH Working Safely
· Electricity at Work Regulations
· Understanding of Health and Safety Requirements
· Mechanically adept and can safely use tools and equipment.
· Good verbal and written communication. Experience using a CAFM system would be advantageous.
· Physical strength and stamina required to lift and move furniture, boxes and equipment.
