Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home and building maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to high-quality service.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. To include plumbing, joinery work, painting, plasterwork etc
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, with strong knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to quality support.
