Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in electrical, Plumbing, water and General DIY and mechanical systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The Maintenance Person will play a vital role in maintaining equipment, enhancing safety, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on hotel fixtures and fittings and structures to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems, including water systems and biomass.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise maintenance staff when necessary, providing leadership and guidance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and electrical systems is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with prior supervising experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
